212 Memorandum of an agreement made and entered into this 26th day of December 1845 Between Eliza Green of Charlestown county of washington State of Rhode Island and the first part and William Kinyon of the Town County and State aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth that the said Eliza of the first part in consideration of the rents covenants and agree ments herein after specified and on the part of the said William of the second part mentioned after specified here agrees and do by here part present agree part release and promise to release assign and to form to him the of the second part his heirs or assigns for the term of three whole years from the 25th day of march present ad 1846 and to continue until the twenty fifth day of march in the year 1849 then to be 1850 and to continue
