67 Walthington for SS. M. Chace town. This day and date above written Personallly Came Ros Donal Kenyon and acknowledged the preceding instrument to be his free and voluntary act & deed. Refusd me [illegible] [illegible] march 18th 1842. Yos hs H. Griffin Justice Peace By [illegible] [illegible] Clerk. Know all men by these presents that I Joseph D. Kenyon of Hopkinton in the county of Washington and state of Rhode Island Command says for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars to me in hand paid by Robert B. Richardson of Charlestown in said county of Washington the receipt whereof i do hereby acknowledge, grant, sell and forever convey unto the said Robert Richardson his heirs and assigns forever all the rights title and interest which I the said Joseph D. Kenyon have to a certain tenement of land lying in Charlestown in the Norths lamp lot containing certain part of land but and meadows as follows namely at the south bound corner of lot but at a Bee tree hence northly of land formerly belonging to Wells beardsley and parties in favor of Duranty fogle Northly on bounds of land belonging to the Heirs of Christopher Robuck hence Northly on bounds of Roland Robuck his heirs until to come to the Edge of the Big Swamp henceforth on the Big swamp to the first mentioned Bounds. And i do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Robert his heirs and assigns that said landly parcel of land set in for some pile and save free pure and clear to enjoy the same. And Lydia R. Kenyon wife of the said Joseph for the consideration aforesaid the lasty written hereof doth acknowledge that she has relinquished quit her and forever her right of spouse and free of heirs of the above bargained premises unto the said robert his heirs and assigns forever. Rees of the Town of Charlestown in the county of Washington and state of Rhode Island says for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred p pounds sterling to me in hand paid by Henry h boundarie of the said town county and state aforesaid the receipt of which i do hereby acknowledge do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Henry a piece of land beardsley and his heirs assigns free from any claim or title of land lying in the Town of Charlestown of the same said and containing by estimation one hundred acres be it by the line more or less with a doubling house and other Buildings Thereon standing Bounded as follows— Beginning at a large rock at the Hwy/way at Horse-shoe corner running westerly Bounding

68 Bounding northerly on Indian land until it comes to a small brook & to a white Oak Tree, thence up stream by said brook Bounding nes terly on land of bald Langan to a ditch, Thence Easterly bounding southerly partly on land of bald Langan and Indian land and Augustas S Levis land, until it comes to the Highway, Thence northerly and Westerly by said Highway to the first mentioned bound. To have and to hold the above grant premises and tenements premises with all the rights privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging To the said George M Cassegrande his heirs forever alleged grants to him and their heirs before me hereunto and thereof witness. I say I had declared Severally from my own person’s’ Bequest and estate and Privileges to convey and operate with the said George Cassegrande & amiable his heirs forever Executor, acknowledged since all things that at and before the transferring and delivery of this deed I now give true title and lawful tenure of the above mentioned premises That he have good rights to it and deftly dispose of the same appertaining to the said George Cassegrande and that suite unnamed and deter aphernalia to the said George Cassegrande his heirs and assigned against all sums to the land held here in handstate, his hand and assigned against the lawful claims and demands of any person claiming the same by Honesty or under me Provided Nevertheless and the Condition of Sole to the 18th day of April
