55 Know all men by these presents that I John Miller of South Kingstown & state of Rhode Island on the County of Washington in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island in consideration of the Sum of two hundred baker pounds money by John R Bengough of Charlestown and on the County of Washington here receipt whereof I hereby acknowledge as duly received and adequate and full consideration quite the said John R Bengough that he and his assigns for forever a certain piece of land situate in Charlestown containing by lines and acres about four acres to the said lands more or less situated between those lands and Mrs Hussey Standing fences bordering South on the Bottleneck ley boundary Northly and easterly on Indian land. I will warrant to and save the grants and bargains furnished appurtenant as Hereto to the said John R Bengough that he and his assigns forever free and to the said John Miller for my heirs, devisees and assigns and conveyancing as dormant with the said John R Bengough his heirs and assigns that I will warrant unto against the claims of the lands to John R Bengough his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of creditors Abatement claiming the land by through or under me which said claims conversely as a claim in Obligation of John R Bengough and John Miller.
