46 Know all Men by these presents that I Mary Taughnan of the city of Providence state of Rhode Island Providence County formerly Taughnan formerly of the Town of Newport, deceased do hereby constitute and appoint Anne Taughnan of the city of Providence my attorney for me and on my name, to have, sell, or in any manner convey, a part of land called "the Orchard" and including my age, state Providence and lying of latitude, only the land of heritages in the County of Washington state of Rhode Island and of which I am now seized in fee to make and Return or Patent and for the same terms and at such Price to pay and to sell the same fee, and also for me and on my name to make and execute all deeds and documents needed in order to conveyance for the date or stipulated date of the Premises with such clauses and covenants to be contained as may be necessary to make the same more perfect completing the same allowing all such deeds or deeds or other conveyance hereby shall be hereafter sealed, attested and executed by my hand attorney concerning the Premises.
