To all People to whom these presents shall come
Know Ye that I, Ann Clark of North Kingston, in the County of Washington State
of Rhode Island, Woman for my Consideration of the Sum of Three hundred Dollars
paid me by David R Kenyon of North Kingston, County and State aforesaid, Person
to be bargain and sale and release, remise and forever quit claim unto Me said
David R Kenyon his heirs and assigns forever, all my right title and interest
in one certain lot of land lying on Asheville street in the town of Northkingston State
of Rhode Island being Measured as follows Viz North forty five degrees East one hundred
Links boundary on Stephen Boyd Land North forty five degrees East one hundred seventy
Links boundary on Proprie Land South forty five degrees West one hundred
Links boundary on [illegible] lot a heap of stones to my know her To witness hereof I have
