34 To all People to whom these presents shall come. I, Nathaniel G. own of East Greenwich in the County of Kent and State of Rhode Island and Anna Maria Brown, his Wife in my sight of the said Anna Maria brown, make knowing Know All Men by these presents That I the said Nathaniel G. own and Anna Maria brown Even for and in con- sideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars to me in hand, in token of the intending hereby, well and truly paid by Philip R. Clarke of Newport in the County of Newport and State of Rhode Island the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and have namely fully satisfied, then and bonded to paid and handed over, and every part parcel thereof, do remise release and discharge unto the said Philip R. 35 Judgment, Execution, and meaneances of what name or nature some. That outweighs in any meaure, or in a degree without a make and match And his present duty. Said Nathaniel in the said Nathaniel H. Green and Anna Diana Green have and by right of the said Anna Diana Green for clothes as now known, brewing and distillatories do Covenant and engage the above mentioned person to forever be the sole Judge’s holder absolute her own and spouse against the lawful Claims or dem ands of any person or persons whatever. Grants seizes and defends by this present. The Premises whereas the aforesaid have conveyed hereunto hands and seals the twenty fourth day of June in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four and thirty eight. The Word. Subsequently in the foregoing instrument and acknowledges the same to be his voluntary act and deed hand, and seal, and the same Anna Diana Green wife of the said Nathaniel H. Green long by me personally appeared and after being duly sworn and her’s and the Conveyance of her husband inhabitants fully understood of her advanced age and the same to be her own act and deed hand and seal that it that the deed did not relate to the released land. Know all men by these presents that we Charles Eldredge of East Greenwich on the County of State of Rhode Island and Chatham herself inhabitants of the City of New York in the State of New York. Daughter of Anna Diana Green wife of Nathan with her’s of East Greenwich do hereby Contract to the within named Judge’s holder that said Nathan Green mentioned and described and we do promise for the Consideration with their mentioned’s paid to the said Anna Diana Green by the said Judge’s holder Promise and pledged for and given some sum from the said Judge’s holder to his heirs and assigns forever. all the right title and interest which we have in and to the with in mentioned premises by virtue of a deed’s test of the said premises. given to us by Nathan’s last lot of land said Greenwich base deed.
