30 Know all men by these presents that I subscriber S. Croft of the town of Charlestown Rhode Islandes-Islandes for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty dollars paid unto me for full satisfaction of my mortgage to John Morgan of Charlestown. Now therefore released and forever quitclaimed and so by these presents concur red. released and forever grant claim. over and out of the said mortgage S. Croft but their heirs and assigns forever all my right title ten. title & interest which I have ever had or claim as a citizen of this town of lands lying in the town of Charlestown aforesaid containing by estimation from four parcels marked as follows one beginning at the Stake and stone at the edge of the Salt-way at the South end of Sames the North 37th by 63th East bounded on Indian lands 63 feet at North thence South and East to the Salt-way Thence North 67th by 53th East to a Stake thence South 41 West 23 feet to the Salt-way hence return to the said Salt-way. Thence bounded on the Salt-way North to the of Roy Croft hence return to the said Salt-way. Thence bounded on the Salt-way North to the first mentioned marks; And I do here by the said quitclaimed guarantee to warrant the said John Morgan of his heirs and assigns forever against all the possible and apparentances heretofor belonging to it Satisfying whereby the said Nathaniel S.
