I, MYRTIE T. BURDICK, of the City of Stamford, State of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to CLIFFORD E. PERRIN and WALTER L. PERRIN, both of the Town of Hopkinton, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated at Quonocutcong Beach, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly side of the Town Highway at the southeasterly corner of the [?] property conveyed as aforesaid, at a distance of Two Hundred (200) feet, more or less, and at the northeasterly corner of premises of Harry Langworthy; thence running easterly [?] bounded northerly by the [?] property, a distance of One Hundred Eighty (180) feet, more or less, and to the lands of Grantee; thence running southerly [?] bounded northerly by the [?] property, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty (250) feet, more or less, and to a point; thence running westerly [?] bounded easterly by a distance of Eighteen (18) feet, more or less, and to the lands of Rose [?] [?]; thence running southerly [?] bounded easterly by said lands, a distance of One Hundred Eighty (180) feet, more or less, and to the Atlantic Ocean; thence running southerly [?] running westerly, bounded southerly by said Atlantic Ocean, a distance of Forty-five (45) feet, more or less, and to the lands of Cora D. Wooding; thence running forty-nine (49) feet, bounded westerly by land of said Cora D. Wooding; thence running and running northerly, bounded westerly by land of said Cora D. Wooding, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty (250) feet, more or less, and to the northeasterly corner of said Wooding's lands; thence running westerly and running again westerly, bounded northerly by lands of [?] [?], a distance of Thirty-two (32) feet, more or less, and to the southwesterly corner of land of said Harry Langworthy; thence running and running northerly, bounded westerly by said Langworthy's lands, a distance of One Hundred Ninety (190) feet, more or less, and to the point and place of beginning.
Also, the one-sixteenth (1/16) undivided interest in the street running through said tract from land now or formerly, of Samuel F. To all persons to whom these presents shall come,

created by the General Assembly of the State of Rhode Island
and doing business in the Town of Richmond in the County of

fixtures, engines, machinery, goods, chattels, merchandise,
