474 Westerly on Penaucatuck River and Waters of Cedar Waterock & being two fourths of one North of the above described land I have and to hold the same together with all the Privileges and Appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said George S. Gandeale his Heirs and Assigns forever And I the said Thomas Kordie in my aforesaid Capacity hereby Covenant in the name of the aforesaid George S.
