Know all men by these presents that I Caleb Church of Charlestown in the County of Washington: for and in Consideration of the sum of the hundred [illegible] dollars paid to my full satisfaction of Debt, do hereby remise release and forever quit Claim unto his said Joshua Clarke of Charlestown aforesaid the said Waterways & do hereby acknowledge do hereby remise release and forever quit Claim unto his said Joshua Clarke his Heirs and Assigns forever. All my right titles and Interest in a certain Farm lying in said town Charlestown. called the Sedgwick Stanton Farm. I have and to hold the same without all the Appurtenances thereunto to him the said Joshua Clarke his Heirs and Assigns forever. And I the said Caleb Church for myself my Heirs Executors and Administrators do Covenant with the said Joshua Clarke his Heirs and Assigns that I will warrant and defend the same to the said Joshua Clarke his Heirs and As- signs forever against the lawful Claims of all persons Claiming under or by me.
