424 I, ELLEN E. McVAY, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to William D. Cross, of said Town, County and State, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANT: That certain lot or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon situated in the Village of Carolina, Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: On the North and West by the land of Kaust Heikkinen, ut ri on the South by premises of David Horvie, and on the East by the land of [?] Higgins. Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed by deed from Abby J. Rowlands to James McVay and Ellen E. McVay as Joint Tenants and not Tenants in Common, dating the same year and same right as said deed, said deed, said granting instrument dating date of February 2nd, 1926 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, Book No. 24 Page 111. Reference to said deed and the records thereof being hereby made and had and the same made a part hereof for a more complete and detailed description of the premises hereby conveyed. I hereby covenant that that I am a widow. The consideration of this deed is such that no Documentary Stamps are required. WITNESS my hand this 15th day of May 1945. ELLEN E. Together with right to way as mentioned in line of title. Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed by deed from Celia M. McVay and others granting said deed having even date with these presents and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, in Book 29 at Page 424. Reference to said deed and the records thereof being hereby made and the same made a part of these presents for a more complete and detailed description of the premises hereby conveyed. The consideration of this deed is such that no Documentary Stamps are required. I, CELIA M.
