419 Know all men by these Presents that I Simeon Adamsons ye of Charles town in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island the first of the four and ten Considerat ions of the sum of five hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Thomas Stanton & ye the County and State aforesaid the Receipt of which I hereby acknowledge and do confirm with the said Thomas Stanton and paid the said Jury Sparke George Simpson and Cary unto them with the said Thomas Stanton and their heirs and assigns forever a certain Lot of land lying in the Town of Charlestown County and State aforesaid called and known by
