413 Know All men by these Presents That I Elsha Gruneman of Charlestowne in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island call'd the Providence Plantation Gruneman in consideration of the sum of One Hundred & Twenty Dollars paid to me by John Gruneman in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island call'd Providence Plantation, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have given granted and agreed to Sell convey assign to the said John Gruneman in the aforesaid County and State in fee simple Bargain and sale Land situate in Charlestowne in the aforesaid County and State as follows (to wit) Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Parcel of Land called the Third District (now) belonging to the Town, coming by a line to the Southeast corner of the Third District bound’d on the East by the Land of the Inhabitants call'd the Third District bound’d on the South by the Land of the Inhabitants call'd the Third District and on the West by the Land of the Inhabitants of the aforesaid Town situate to the North of the foregoing bound’d on the North by the line of the aforesaid Third District containing about five and one half acres part of the above
