No. 409 H. 1838— Said Land sold and delivered in presence of Jos. W. Greenman Wm Church (Recorded January 11, 1838 by Samuel Stanton) Washington, R.I. January 11, 1838. Personally appeared before me, in the town of Washington, in the County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island, Elisha Greenman and Elizabeth Greenman, the parties whose names are subscribed to the within indented deed and foregoing Instrument, and acknowledged the same to be their free and voluntary act and deed. Given under my hand and seal this eleventh day of January next after date. Isa. Church, Justice Peace. Know all Men by these Presents that I Job Green of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island signed and Conveyed Plantations Yeoman in Consideration of the sum of Eighty Dollars paid by Elisha Greenman aforesaid lawfully in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island given the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge do hereby Grant, give, Bargain Sell and to assign unto the said Elisha Greenman his Heirs and Assigns forever the Grant two full ds. of undivided third part of Land situated in Charlestown in said County and Parish in and as follows, Westerly on the land of Elisha Greenman Northerly on the Greenman's and Easterly on Barnabas Moore, and Southerly on the land of the Grantor Containing barely one acre the more or less. I SELL and I DO SELL and I granted and Bargained Premises with the privileges and appurtenances thereto 함께 to his heirs and assigns forever All the said Job Green for himself his Heirs and assigns to his heirs and assigns forever All the said Job Green for himself his Heirs and assigns to be conveyed with the said Elisha Greenman his Heirs and assigns all the rights and titles to be conveyed with the said Elisha Greenman his Heirs and assigns that all further acts and agreements made in favor of the said Elisha Greenman all his remembrances and that I will warrant and defend the same to the said Elisha Greenman his Heirs and Assigns forever against the lawful claims of all persons. 410 Only on and behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, And I the said Elisha Greenman for myself my heirs by union and administration do Covenant with the said Samuel Chappel for himself his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee of the Premises that fore said are all uncovered tenements that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Samuel Chappel for himself and his heirs and that I will warrant and to the said Samuel Chappel for himself his heirs and assigns against any claim whatsoever.
