402 Know all Men by these Presents that we Mason Rhode think of Charlestown in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island aforesaid Trade and Tucker Healy of the same of Rhode Island Commonwealth merchants free and in Consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid with which we were satisfied as fully declared Estate Relieve and power forever quitclaim unto Peter G. Healy of said Charlestown and to his Heirs and Assigns forever true and sufficient title to certain Estate lying in and on the State which shall be to them from our part the said Tucker Healy Peter Healy’s Rhode think as heir to his brother Estate Reference being humbly made to the Boundary said Substance for a particular description of the Substance of said Estate the same here included I
