299 Know all Men by these Presents that I James N. Hinson of Charlestown Coun ty of Washington State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations in Consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars paid to me by Elbridge N. Hay per the Town and County Treasurer and the receipt of which I hereby acknowledge to be paid by me, James N. Hinson Seller and to convey with the said Elbridge N. Hay his heirs and Assigns forever one Certain Lot or parcel of land situate in Charlestown containing about one Acre in the town more or less of any Bound below) as follows, beginning at the Southwest Corner coming Easterly by Billy Coffin his land until it comes to James N. Hinson land easterly to the willows marks until it comes to the ditch easterly and then following the ditch until it comes to the forementioned bounds, or otherwise in the same way be demarcated or reputed to be bounded To Have and to Hold the said Granted and Bargained Premises with the pri- vileges and Appurtenances thereunto to the said Elbridge N. Hay his heirs and Assigns forever, to herunto to this witness my hand and seal of office. Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of me Quentin Kinnecutan as Attestation to convenient with the said Elbridge N.
