Know all Men by these Presents that I James N. Hinson of Charlestown Coun
ty of Washington State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations in Consideration of the sum
of One Hundred Dollars paid to me by Elbridge N. Hay per the Town and County Treasurer and
the receipt of which I hereby acknowledge to be paid by me, James N. Hinson Seller and to
convey with the said Elbridge N. Hay his heirs and Assigns forever one Certain Lot or parcel
of land situate in Charlestown containing about one Acre in the town more or less of
any Bound below) as follows, beginning at the Southwest Corner coming Easterly by
Billy Coffin his land until it comes to James N. Hinson land easterly to the
willows marks until it comes to the ditch easterly and then following the ditch until it
comes to the forementioned bounds, or otherwise in the same way be
demarcated or reputed to be bounded
To Have and to Hold the said Granted and Bargained Premises with the pri-
vileges and Appurtenances thereunto to the said Elbridge N. Hay his heirs and Assigns
forever, to herunto to this witness my hand and seal of office. Signed Sealed and
delivered in the presence of me Quentin Kinnecutan as Attestation to convenient with the
said Elbridge N. Hay his heirs and Assigns that the said land shall be free from all
Demands that the same are free from all encumbrances, and on this part I will warrant
Defend the same to the said Elbridge N. Hay his heirs and Assigns forever against
the lawful Claims of all persons whomsoever, this 28th day of September 1832

Richmond in the county of Washington & State of Rhode Island & pr. are Children and
heirs of their father, Henry Card late of and at Richmond Providence in Consideration
of making an Equal Partition and Division of the lands that fall to us in the Division
of the Estate of our father Henry Card late of Richmond in the county of Washington
the said George Gong Card the Elder of Richmond and Charlestown county and others
between with the said George Gong Card & Susanna Card and their heirs agreed, and in
the first Part Consideration of the said George Gong Card & Susanna Card to the said Susan
Card and fully paid, and in the second Part the said Susan Card to the said George Gong Card
and fully paid, and in the third Part the said Susan Card to the said George Gong Card
and fully paid, and in the fourth Part the said George Gong Card to the said Susan Card
and fully paid, and in the fifth Part the said George Gong Card to the said Susan Card
and fully paid, and by these presents Grant and Release and forever convey to him the
said George Gong Card all the Right Title and Interest of the said Susanna Card in the
said land below described both with the all and Right Title and Interest of the said Susanna Card
