Washington state of Rhode Island and etc Geoman in Consideration of the sum of five
Dollars paid by Charles M. Cord of the said County and etc to me the Undersigned
of I do hereby absolutely sell Convey Grant Bargain Sell and Convey unto the
said Charles M. Cord his heirs then and Assigns forever all that piece of land situated
located in Charlestown containing hereby according to the map more or less and
as follows beginning at a large white rock lying on the North boundary of the land
withheld of the said Charles M. Cord containing forty and four rods in perpendicular
