384 Behalf of ourselves. And we the said Joseph R. and George W. Croft for our selves Main and Executors and Administrators do Covenant with the said George H. Stanton his Heir and Assigns that I am Surefully seized in the fee simple of the Premises that they are free from all incumbrances and that we will Warrant and defend the same to the said George H. Stanton his Heir and Assigns against the lawful Claims of all persons. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals Charleston on the 13th day of April A.D. 1837. Jos. R. Croft L.S. Geo. W. Croft L.S. In presence of Samuel Day by the Church Before Recorded May 13th 1837 Washington for Charleston House April 15 1837. Amountly 1837 by Joseph R. Croft and George W. Croft acknowledged and sealed before Samuel Stanton J.P. and prayed Certification to the Secretary state that all the laws of R.I. state for the purpose therein contained. Before Ana Church Justice Peace. I KNOW All men by these presents That I Thomas S. Korge of Charleston in the County of Charleston in State of Rhode Island Providence Sc. for and in Consideration of the sum of Three hundred Dollars to me in hand well and truly paid and delivered by the enclosing and delivering hereby that George H. Stanton of the Town County and State aforesaid the Right Warranty fee simple hold hereby absolutely and on forever full and Satisfied contentment to me and lawfully his Heirs Assigns’s heirs Assigns’s full Only and Confirm unto the said George H.
