Behalf of ourselves. And we the said Joseph R. and George W. Croft for our
selves Main and Executors and Administrators do Covenant with the said George
H. Stanton his Heir and Assigns that I am Surefully seized in the fee simple
of the Premises that they are free from all incumbrances and that we will Warrant
and defend the same to the said George H. Stanton his Heir and Assigns
against the rightful Claims of all persons

Sworn May 13th 1837 Washington for Charleston Hassan April 15 1837. Personally
1837 by Joseph R. Croft and George W. Croft acknowledged and executed hereby
Samuel Stanton G. and saying knowing the contents of the following Instrument and act and seal
and in due form state for the purpose therein contained.

I KNOW All men by these Presents that I Thomas S. Korge of Charleston
in the County of Charleston in State of Rhode Island S.S. for and in Consideration
of the sum of three hundred dollars to me in hand well and truly paid and delivered
encroaching and delivering hereby grant and convey unto the George H. Stanton of the same County the
aforesaid the Right Property of the land hereby acknowledged and on the northwestern part
of the land situated and described as follows lying between the Road, Dayman, Salt Lea and Bay
and Confirm unto the said George H. Stanton his Heirs and Assigns for ever
these certain tracts of land a piece of Land lying in and situated on the
Bounded on the East by land of Matthew, and of Peter S. of the land of
George H. Stanton extending on the line of Closing White Southland of the
[illegible] and the land of [illegible] and the land of [illegible] and the land of [illegible]
on the West by the full bound and the land of [illegible] in the County of Kent in the State of
and the formerly known as the land of [illegible] in the County of Kent in the State of
this land being fully described in the Indenture dated by the instrument containing one thousand and
one acres of the land bounded on the North by the mountain from [illegible] to the [illegible]
and on the East by the same more or less the land being bounded on the North by the land of
S. Motherly on the North by the Indenture between [illegible] and land of William Goke and White
Saunders on the South by land of S. Saunders and land of William Goke and White
Saunders on the South by land of H. Stanton containing hundred acres and the other more
on seven trees to the North of the above described land together with all the
improvements thereon including the fences and the [illegible] and ways and water privileges
upon the land of George H. Stanton to her Heirs and Assigns forever
And I the said Thomas S. Korge and the said George H. Stanton
their heirs and assigns to be hereby covenant to duly convey warrant and defend
the said land to his Heirs and Assigns that either of them or their heirs or assigns of their
the land and premises aforesaid of the said land and premises of the said land
same being unburdened and I hereby Annex and deliver forever guarantee unto
the said George H. Stanton his Heirs and Assigns for ever all my Right Title
the said George H. Stanton his Heirs and Assigns for ever in word and unto all the
Instrument hereby these deeds or any other deed or instrument in any word and state of
described Premises

the 11th day of May A.D. 1837.
