Know Allmen by these Presents that I Job Greenman of Charlestown
in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island proven Gomen in my consideration
of Two Hundred Dollars to be paid by William Greenman Gomen of the said
County and Town given to receive the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
do hereby remise Release and forever give and grant Demise and convey to William
Greenman bounded Northly on land of Job Green and Eastward on the
Greenman's 도로 Driver, and on the South on Job Green's and forthly on land of
Greenman and Westly by the Highway and the [illegible] and in the said
Together with all the Privileges and Appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said William
the same Forever and Appurtenances forever And I the said Job for myself my Heirs and
and Assigns bind myself to come and agree with the said William and his Heirs and
that I will Warrant and defend the same to William his Heirs and Assigns
against the lawful claims of All persons claiming thereby through or otherwise

Know All men by these presents that I Gordon H. Howells of Charlestown in the
County of Washington State of Rhode Island and for a valuable Consideration of the sum
of three hundred Dollars of the same hand and curly paid for in full for the Evening
of that the aforesaid Dollars to me in hand and curly paid for in full for the Evening
Delivery of three Cows by Job Greenman of the County and State aforesaid
Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge I grant remise forever the following part of the land
Right known as the [illegible] and known as the [illegible] within the said Job
and paid to him the said Job Greenman and his Heirs and Assigns forever the part of the land
lying in the town of Charlestown in the said County of Washington and recorded in their said
[illegible] lying in the town of Charlestown and recorded in their said
[illegible] who totally died owing for the possession of the aforesaid land and in the said
Several parts thereof belonging to said from Greenman by Execution on the
said fully and to the same more or less To have and to hold all the said
