Know All Men by these Presents that I Harrison Ennis of Newport in the
County of Newport and State of Rhode Island, Gentleman in commerce, for and in
consideration of Ten dollars and sundry Goods and Wares to me paid by Thomas Ennis of Providence
in the State of Rhode Island, and acknowledged and Consideration of and for the purpose
of transferring the property of the said Thomas Ennis to the said Thomas Ennis, I
do hereby sell convey and transfer to the said Thomas Ennis, his heirs and for ever the following
